A well-written user guide doesn't only teach your customers how to get the most out of your product. It can also reduce support calls, increase customer satisfaction and promote virality (the term marketers use to describe when a satisfied customer calls a friend and says, "have you heard of [your product name here]? If not, you ought to try it.")
